Refund Policy
Single packs
Digital files can't be returned once downloaded. If you haven't downloaded a pack, you can ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase.
Credit packs
Unused credits from a credit pack can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Credits already spent are not refundable.
Subscriptions
You can cancel anytime; there are no partial refunds for the current month. If you were charged by mistake, contact us within 7 days.
Problems with a file
If a file is broken or doesn't match the description, write to contato@santiagomarketingads.com.br — we'll fix it, replace it or refund you.
Chargebacks
If a payment is refunded or charged back, the related pack or credits are removed from the account.
