1. The product

The Google Ads Playbook guides (Essential, Growth and Premium 360°) are digital products in PDF format, sold by S&M Ads — Santiago Marketing Ads. Each plan gives access to the PDF of that plan in the language chosen at checkout.

2. Price and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is made in cryptocurrency through our payment processor (NOWPayments) or, when offered, to the wallets shown on the payment page. The buyer is responsible for sending the correct amount, coin and network, and for network fees. Payments sent to a wrong network or address cannot be recovered by us.

3. Confirmation and delivery

Payments made through the automatic checkout are confirmed automatically; manual transfers are verified on the blockchain by our team. After confirmation, the PDF is sent to the email provided at checkout, together with a download link valid for a limited time and number of downloads. Delivery usually happens within the review time shown on the site.

4. License

The guide is licensed for the buyer’s personal use or internal use in the buyer’s business. Copying, reselling, sharing publicly or redistributing the file, in whole or in part, is prohibited.

5. Refunds

Because the product is digital and delivered in full, purchases are not refundable after delivery. If a payment is not confirmed, or if there is a problem with the file, contact us and we will solve it.

6. Results

The guides are educational material. Advertising results depend on the market, the offer, the budget and the execution, and are not guaranteed. Google Ads features change frequently; always confirm details in your account and in Google’s documentation.
